All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging. For live plants, we understand that shipping can be unpredictable — please contact us immediately if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, with clear photos provided within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not offer refunds for plants that were damaged due to improper care after delivery, or for issues reported beyond the 7-day window. Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are non-refundable.

Once your return or refund is approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
